The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be streamed live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" the American as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I plan to break his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his showmanship - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and stated he would prevent the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the traditional face-off, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is truly proceeding.
